Thai stir-fried chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts,
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 sprigs Thai basil, leaves removed
  • 4 cloves (or 2 spring onions
  • 1 bird pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

 

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into cubes.
  2. Cut peppers in half, remove stems and seeds, then cut into cubes.
  3. Thinly slice cives. Cut chillies in half, remove seeds and cut into pieces.
  4. Heat the plancha over fairly high heat.
  5. Pour the oil onto the griddle, then add the peppers, cives and chilli. Sauté, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Add chicken cubes and cook until chicken is cooked.
  6. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce and stir well for 1 minute.
