Thai stir-fried chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts,
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 sprigs Thai basil, leaves removed
- 4 cloves (or 2 spring onions
- 1 bird pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into cubes.
- Cut peppers in half, remove stems and seeds, then cut into cubes.
- Thinly slice cives. Cut chillies in half, remove seeds and cut into pieces.
- Heat the plancha over fairly high heat.
- Pour the oil onto the griddle, then add the peppers, cives and chilli. Sauté, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Add chicken cubes and cook until chicken is cooked.
- Add oyster sauce and soy sauce and stir well for 1 minute.
